Can T minic syrup and Levocetirizine montelucast syrup given together for my 5 year old?she has a bad cold and nose blockage

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptomjhs . Steam inhalativon is repeated frequently .
