avoid giving biscuits wafers etc which interferes with appetite of children

I personally do not suggest anyone to take any medicines for improving the appetite however there is one thing that I do for my own kids as well which is completely natural and healthy is adding kasuri methi to the tadka of your dal and sabzi it is very helpful in improving the appetite of your little one.
