Q.
Can steam cells extraction can affect timing to cut umbilical cord at birth time, which in turn possible affect oxygen supply to newborn

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. Only after the babies clamped, they will collect the stem cells so the baby will not have any issue when it comes to blood or oxygenation, which will already be there.

No it won't affect in any way to the new born at all. However, Stem cell concept is something I didn't personally trusted as the diseases cover are very common and processing the stem cells and procedures to use it takes higher costs.
Also there is no assurance that stem cells treatment will be 100% successful.
