Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, we'll you just have to Mix all the dry fruits in a same quantity and grind. So not add even a drop of water. And grind it to a fine powder it will take to turn on your grinder 3 ton3 times to grind this properly. Good luck and take care
