Can somebody please suggest some powder or something else for prickly heat?

Try Candid dusting powder it’s good to deal with the prickly heat issues otherwise the second option could be calamine or Cetaphil lotion whatever is easily available to you you can use either of the three things but just try to protect your child from heat most of the times
