can some one help me out. my daughter who is 5 , have milk allergy. I don't give her any form of milk noy even soya. ( as per doc advice) . she get diarrhea, I am wondering is amul lactose free milk suitable for allergy people? because milk protein is there written in ingredient. pls suggest.

A. Hello mom if she has lactose intolerance then no issue you can use lactose free milk otherwise it’s better to prefer plant source milk such as soya milk , almond or cashew milk as well too.
