the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains- rice, dal / non veg, vegetables, fruit ,curd / milk products
grain should be about half to three fourth katori depending upon the child intake

please don't stick to Particular food amount
just Serve half bowl of different types of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
but please don't force feed your child
give food as per your child requirements
