can please suggest what is this white patches on side of hers

A. Hai good evening !! White patches on skin might be due to dryness due to dehydration . Have more water,fluids,fruits,vegetables which keeps you hydrated . Do milk cream or oil massage before bath and apply moisturiser after bath it helps in keeping skin hydrated for long hours. Consult doctor if skin patches remains even after massage,applying lotion/moisteriser ,having more water.
