ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, she can have green leafy veggies, spinach, fenugreek is good for her. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables , fruits, daory, ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet.
