can lactation mother eat peanuts and coconut...baby is disturbed sleep after I eat those

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy5 days agoA. Hello mama u can eat peanuts in moderation.. Do not eat in excess. Mostly the new born babies they get uncomfortable due to colic pain or gas in stomach. For this u can give colic aid drops. if still uncomfortable, then stop consuming it till u breastfeed the baby
