can i use Thrombophob ointment for my 45 day baby after his vaccination???

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. yes can use. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children2 years agoA. u cn use the ointment ... u cn rub ice cubes on the vaccination area to reduce swelling redness pain... if baby gets fever then u cn gv calpol or crocin drps...to baby.. take care...
