can I use thande pani ki patti for my five months old daughter as she is having fever of 100.4 inspite of giving calpol n coldover drops

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and if she is having a fever upto 100.4 degrees then you should give her 1.5 ml paracetamol three times a day
