Of course you can use it if you want to there is no problem in fact if it is okay with you you can take some warm water with some antiseptic liquid and clean it with that use a cotton instead of a wet wipe that is going to be good if there’s any kind of breakout or rash it is going to help in clearing that and then you can put on the diaper and try to maintain a gap of at least one hour in between two changes
