can I use otrivin Paediatric saline drops for 3 months old as Solvin did not work for my son , if not then which saline is good for 3 months old baby

Nasoclear one of the best paediatric drops that you can use ahead of that if nothing is helping you if you’ve already use other drops also then it is better to consult the doctor for further assessment and assistance if any oral medicine will be helpful
