can I use mucolite for my baby.because he have cold and throat mucus.i already use nasal drops.but no use.and also he face dehydration.

A. not advisable to use this medicine without medical consultation and usually simple nasal saline drops is more than enough to do the job and continue breastfeeding which will also help in decreasing cough and cold

A. if you feel baby is dehydrated then feed frequently to the baby and can give indirect steam to baby to get relief from cough or congestion along with that can apply mustard garlic oil on chest, back, feet . you can give medication but these should be given under medical supervision as dosage should be advised accordingly by doctor
