Yes ofcourse you can use a menstrual cup after delivery.
If you had a vaginal delivery then go ahead with large size if not then go with a small size

If you had a normal delivery then you should avoid using it. But if you delivered your baby by C section then yes you can start using it it is totally safe to use it now. And if you had a normal delivery then you can start using after six months of your delivery. It is one of the best way in periods to maintain a proper hygiene
