Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes you may use. but for dry skin ,here I suggest some tips hope it help: avoid using soap while bathing. don't give bath for more than 10 minutes. give Massage to your child daily provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. maintain good hygiene
