can I use Alex drops ( orange flavoured) for cold and heavy cough for my child?please suggest here I'm attaching the pic

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant andjh decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

You can use it it is quite safe to go for but still since your child is too small I would not recommended to use any medicines without consulting the doctor instead you can give to the child indirect steam as well as you can also nebulise your child these things are going to be much better than giving a
