A. yes, it's healthy. One should have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, dals.

A. Hi dear, yes u can have it's a healthy option add veggies like peas, beetroot , carrots to make it even more healthyis rich in vitamins A,C and folate which keeps mother healthy and fetus stronger..It also prevents from the problem of diarrhea and constipation..
