can I take shatavri powder for more breast milk supply without any consultation with gynaecologist?

Rajani SrivastavaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. yes yes. satavari is effective herb to increase the breast milk.. and its the best remedies uses since ages.. u must include dryfruits, milk ,ghee as well. meanwhile if u are not getting enough breast milk , don't let ur baby suffer.. introduce formula milk till u get sufficient milk. my baby is also In mix feed. .and I m giving him Aptamil Gold formula. it's good for babies growth and gut health as it contains the Natural prebiotics.. sonu can also give this.
