ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. it's good to avoid as he might need more bm in case of post vaccination fever. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables in ur diet.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while breastfeeding your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy

Your child taking an injection and you eating non-veg has got no connection with each other you can of course in non-vegetarian food that’s not a problem because these things actually have no connection at on what so ever so you can you can relax on that but completely
