can i take dolo 650 while breastfeeding. my son is 2 month old

You can take it it is not an issue just make sure that I would like to tell you inform you prior that when certain medicines have high degree of paracetamol and parents are having at certain times it can affect the child as well so if your child is sleeping for an hour longer than usual then don’t get scared it would be just the effect of paracetamol
