AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Avoid till you breast feed ur baby. It might have side effects.. wait till u have weaned.. exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months. u can continue to breastfeed ur baby till two years as long as you and your baby are comfortable
