POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Yes you can have chocos while breastfeeding, but occasionally. Almost all ready to eat foods have high content of artificial sugar which is not good for your and baby's health. Instead, look for some healthier ways which will also help in increasing the breastmilk supply like oatmeal with nuts, dry fruits, mix fruits in milk, etc.

you should take care of diet as breast feeding.. keep your self well hydrated..
have healthy and balanced diet..
avoid oil and spicy foods..
