Also don’t be in a hurry to lose weight
The baby is entirely dependent on you and you have to take high protein diet for good milk supply

Hello ma’am Wait for another 2 1/2 month so once you start with semisolid food to the child and when you not only exclusively breastfeeding the child then you can think of losing the weight as of now please don’t do all these experiments as it can affect your breast feeding as well
