Hello, my advice on is at this time you should eat healthy food and avoid such kind of foods which are not specifically make for breast-feeding mother's and also make sure to eat only healthy and nutritional diet and also make sure that you keep yourself healthy and don't eat such foods which you mentioned in your question.
