can I start giving oats to my 8 months baby boy. he is having solid foods from 6th month

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes definitely you can gradually keep on introducing new foods to the baby as he gets used to other foods . Also oats is a healthy.l cereal and is quite filling as well
