can I start giving egg or paneer to my baby?

A. Paneer of course you can give curd you can give egg you cannot give now but the yellow part can be started from the age of 10 months and The White from the age of 13 months and chicken and fish from the age of 11 months so right now you have to strictly stick to a vegetarian diet
