Can i start cooking after my c section just i completed 40 days

You can cook it’s not a problem you know till the time you’re not stressing yourself over exerting yourself or sitting on the floor or doing I think it’s totally alright because cooking is a standing job which you can do only if you’re comfortable because with C-section stitches there is a lot of precautions you need to take
