Q.

Can I relactate after 4 months of my baby birth? Is there any ill effects of doing so now ? #AskTheExpert

A. yes you can start relactate To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hi mom Yes u can relactate. There is no problem in that. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Take care and all the best
