A. No. you need to wait for completion of the 6th month to introduce solid and fruits.

You can give whatever fruits vegetables and water and any other healthy food that you wanna give to the child not an issue but the child has to be six months complete before that and then you have to make your child sit with your support and 3/4 position while feeding the child it is not the right time for you to introduce anything
