its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early inytroduction of cows milk in bcabies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. In General also you should massage the child twice a day once in the morning and once in the night before bedtime that way the child is more relaxed and child sleeps more peacefully that way for longer durations
