can I loss belly fat during pregnancy? lots of fats in my tummy? kindly help

A. Hi Pregnancy is not the right time to lose weight or belly fat It is recommended that you take foods that are nutritious but will not put on excessive fat like egg whites, sprouts, pulses , skim milk, dal, curd, low fat paneer , soya chunks, vegetables Drink plenty of water Post. 6 to 8 months if delivery, you can lose weight.
