can I have urine pregnancy test exactly on my period date or after the period date ? does it show the result ?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. pregnany test kit can be used to check pregnancy at home after 1 week of missing the periods. this will show true results. for further confirmation you can get sonography done. visit a gynecologist after that. she will tell you which supplements to be taken. take care and stay blessed
