Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective

Of course you can but make sure with whom ever you are getting it done they should not press your pressure points that’s the only thing that you need to be more careful and precise about rest there is no problem you can take a proper massage head massage and shoulder massage hand massage all these things are normal
