can I have guava

A. yes, you can have guava Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. hello yes ypu can have guava which is not a problem..Guava is full with minerals and vitamins that can improve the quality of the breast milk.... this is one of the fruits rich in vitamin also and totally safe and if any discomfort noticed then you may avoid it
