can I have a diet chart for my daughter which will make it easier to get her into the habit of eating different and healthy kind of food.?

A. prefer same food whatever you cook for your whole family. in breakfast you can try different new recipes.. to develop her interest. also try to involve her in flameless cooking

A. Hi parents please make different dishes for your child like aloo paratha and mix veg paratha with Cheese and vegetable soup and upma daliya khichdi idli dhosa upma etc please give small quantity of soji halva sira rab laddu pancakes sabudane porridge khir etc
