ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear mum, you should not give water to your 3 months old baby. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breastmilk contains about 90 percent water and fulfills the Hydration needs of the baby. introduction of water or even top food before 6 months can increase the risk of infection.
