can i give warm water and honey for my 8month old baby's cough

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. better to avoid Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam ignhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby honey after the age of one year and if there is cough and cold then you can give baby honey in Luke warm water as a medication…… Take care
