can i give start solids for a child who has started at 6 months due to the lack of breast milk....

A. Hai good evening !! From 6 month onwards you have to start semi once or twice a day and rest of the day milk either breast milk or formula milk. Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, sooji, Dalia porridge, idly... Check suitability before introducing new food item . If you are not enough lactating then introduce formula milk until one year Along with solids from one year onwards start cow/buffalo/packet milk after checking suitability.
