Yes you can see I would just like to confirm this thing that my doctor suggested that you should give salt spices and they see ghee butter to make it flavour some so that is how the child is going to like it so I followed that never faced the problems on that basis I do suggest you to go ahead with it and yes you can use it as per the recipes that you are following
