can i give ragi to my baby in winters and if he has cold and cough too

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he is having a cold cough etc and if you are going to give him a ragi food items then ragi itself a cool food so in cold climates no Ragi please

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good evening !! As baby is 6 months old semi solids once a day is suggested. Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac with pulses grains, dry fruits powder , sooji, oats porridge . As baby is 6 months ragi is not suggested as baby can't digest below 7-8 months. While introducing any new food item give in small quantity if no motions, vomitings, allergy, reddishness then continue that item.
