Can I give Paracetamol Paediatric Oral Suspension IP 120 mg (CALPOL 120) to my 2.5 month newborn post vaccination baby weight 5.5 kg, if yes dose please?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl5 months agoA. As per this age it’s only going to be five drops which you can repeat every six hours by taking the temperature if you see the fever is still there then you can give it to the child and you can give it for initial 72 hours with a gap of six hours each
