Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed.
Follow three day rule.
Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year.
Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

Yes Papaya is the best fruit to be given to the child it helps in regulating the digestive system of the child and helps in better motion when you introduce semisolid food so try to include papaya daily tired for sure because when you introduce semisolid constitution can also happens of water and papaya are very important
