Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes you can it is Rich with iron and fibers so it helps to maintain hb level and avoid constipation. but if you are giving it first time ,give it in small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not
