also start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and

Pls Avoid packaged food. Because it will contain more preservatives.
1.Steamed Beans with rice puree
2.Steamed Carrot and potato puree
3.Steamed apple and rice puree
4.Steamed Greens rice with ghee
5.Banana puree
6.Watermelon juice
7.Tender coconut water
8.Dhal rice with ghee
9.Curd rice
10.Rava kichadi with coloured vegetables.
Your baby will love to try different coloured and taste in this age... rich in protein
If you are a Non -veg eater. you can give
1.Egg white scrambled eggs.
2.Egg yolk scrambled eggs.
3.whole egg scrambled.
4.chicken stock soup or soup rice.
5.Steamed Fish.
6.Egg drop soup.
You can give Paneer and Cheese also. which is rich in protein.

These contains preservatives and artificial flavours and does not have any nutritional value.
Give freshly prepared homemade soup to ur baby.
