Q.
Can I give multivitamin and d3 to my 3 month old baby when he had cold and cough.... bcoz my neighbor tell me that it increase cold and cough and baby was not recover from it ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. yes Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per tgfhe symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
