start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly and give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily . . . .

Nope It is not required to give any extra water to the child because whatever feeling you are providing to the child has sufficient amount of water into it which is why do extra what is recommended to be given to the child before the age of six months so please do what do any water as of now
