A. Influenza vaccine or the flu vaccine basically protects against different strains of flu viruses including swine Flu virus which causes symptoms specially in children with less immunity. Though it is not a mandatory vaccine but it should be given to every child to protect against different flu infection which is very common every year . this vaccine is given after 6 months of age and initially two doses are given one month apart then every year single odose is required . It is not digocumented but still studies suggest that to some extent it may give partial protection against covid infection .

A. Ya Definitely an important vaccination though it is not a mandatory vaccination but you should definitely get it done for your child I’m just going to simply advise you to talk to your doctor about it whenever they’re advising you then that is the right time for you to go ahead with the vaccination
