can I give ibugesic and paracetamol on same time? her age 4 year 6 months

A. Not at all in fact paracetamol is much better than safer to be given during normal course of time for pain and fever or anything when the other medicine is specifically for high temperature and should only be given under Dr specific specification and advice because it can reduce the platelet count which is why it it’s very tricky to use that medicine without doctors advice
